The Pacific Gas and Electric company (PG&E) is a utility company in Northern and Central California that provides electricity and natural gas to over 16 million customers across a 70,000-square-mile area.

Train Track Pipe Bomb:

An 18-inch pipe bomb capped at both ends was found on the train tracks in Frankford, PA. Multiple law enforcement agencies responded, and the bomb disposal unit removed the device for further investigation.
