SpaceX Valuation:

SpaceX is looking to raise $750 million by selling insider shares at a price that would increase the company's total valuation to $150 billion.
This move comes after a January funding round that valued the company at $137 billion, indicating a valuation increase of around 9.5%. Shares will be offered at over $80 each, though the exact amount of the offer could fluctuate based on market interest.
SpaceX's journey hasn't been smooth. Its first three launch attempts, starting in 2006, failed. The fourth try, in late 2008, was successful, and without that success, Musk has said the company might not exist. Since then, SpaceX has successfully completed 242 launches.

Amazon's India Investment:

Amazon is set to increase its investment in India to around $26 billion by 2030, more than doubling its current $11 billion investment. Amazon CEO, Andy Jassy, announced that a large part of the new investment will be used to expand AWS, Amazon's cloud business, in India.
Despite closing some operations in the country, India remains a crucial overseas market for Amazon. Meanwhile, Walmart, a global competitor, has invested over $2.5 billion in India this year.
During Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's U.S. visit, several other major U.S. corporations announced increased investments in India. Google plans to establish a global fintech operation center in Gujarat's GIFT city.
In addition, U.S. chip manufacturer Micron will invest up to $825 million in its first Indian DRAM and NAND assembly and test facility, and Applied Materials will invest $400 million over four years in a new engineering center in the country.

$10.3B 3M Settlement:

3M, a US corporation known for its diverse array of 60,000 chemical and industrial products, has agreed to allocate $10.3 billion over a span of 13 years to settle claims regarding its use of PFAS - Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances.
Commonly referred to as "forever chemicals" due to their persistent nature, PFAS do not break down naturally and have been scientifically linked to negative health impacts.
This settlement was reached as a resolution to lawsuits from over 4,000 states and municipalities, accusing the company of environmental contamination with these harmful chemicals, thus avoiding a trial that was set to take place this month.
Notably, this is the largest settlement in U.S. history pertaining to drinking water.
